Riipen is a work-based learning platform helping educators, organizations, and learners collaborate on real industry projects to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Riipen Skills for the Future Program, in partnership with IBM SkillsBuild connects organizations with eager Canadian students to support projects in software development, data science, AI, project management, and UI/UX.

With this program, start-ups can get 120 hours of remote support from a team of two students. It is free to post a project, as Riipen covers the $1,400 stipend. Manage everything easily on the Riipen platform and clear the backlog!
