Who we are

Innovation Factory (IF) is a non-profit business accelerator within the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI) Regional Innovation Centre (RIC) network. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, we provide entrepreneurs with business services, training, mentorship and strategic connections to help bring disruptive technologies to market, increase revenues, attract investment, and create jobs.

The Centre for Integrated Transportation and Mobility (CITM) is an accelerator for Ontario businesses focused on smart, sustainable, multimodal transportation solutions for electrified, connected and autonomous (C/AV) vehicles and infrastructure.

Our location in Hamilton, Ontario offers a full range of transportation options including air, rail, port, rural, urban and industrial infrastructure.

CITM is an integral part of Innovation Factory and one of seven regional technology development sites (RTDS) of the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN).

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

CITM does not collect, allow the posting of, or display, comments from visitors on the site.

Media

If you upload images to the website (i.e., a profile picture), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. As stated in the ‘Comments’ section of our Privacy Policy, CITM does not collect, allow the posting of, or display, comments from visitors on the site.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Content from other websites

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We use third-party services to create forms and applications (i.e., Innovation Factory client applications) that we use to collect data pertaining to the user and their business. This data is processed and stored by the third-party service to be accessed by our Client Services team.
